How can I unsubscribe my child from being an Agent?

Please click on the unsubscribe link to be removed from the Agent database. If you continue to receive information from Mission Future Toys, please send the Agent name and email address they signed up with to us via the Contact Us page and we will advise you when it has been removed.

How do I sign up to your newsletter?

You are automatically signed up to receive our Future News email newsletter when you register to become an agent.

What is Mission Future Toys?

Mission Future Toys is a portal into the world of the latest and coolest toys yet to hit the stores ensuring our agents are among the first to know.

Run by Funtastic Ltd, Mission Future Toys commenced in March 2010 and shares special toy information with its Agents, who can participate in competitions, blogs, vote of products, have their say, create their wishlists and share with friends.

I would like to sign up both my children but the site is not allowing me to sign out from the first agent. Can you please help?

Sometimes you will need to clear the history on your browser so your computer doesn't automatically remember one child and sign in as them all the time. You can erase history by going to tools/delete browsing history.

Do agents get to test new toys?

Not every Agent will get to test the new toys as we have already received many applications for this sought after role. We will make an announcement via Future News when there is an opportunity to test new toys.

None of my blogs are being posted on News. What I am doing wrong?

Please email your details to us via our Contact Us page and we will endeavour to rectify your problem.

If any of your blogs have been of an offensive nature on repeated occasions, it is possible your blogs have been blocked from display. We will confirm this for you upon receipt of your enquiry.

 

I have updated my Agent Profile page but the changes aren't displaying on my page?

Please email us via our Contact Us page and we will endeavour to rectify your problem within 3 working days.

I have forgotten my password. How do I log in?

Please click on 'forgot password' and a new one will be sent to your inbox.

How can I sign up to become an agent?

You can sign up to become an agent by clicking on the Agent Sign Up link. New Agents will be rewarded with a certificate and ID card they can upload their photo to within their profile section.

 

I am a competition winner. How do I collect my prize?

When you won your prize your name would have been listed on the Mission Future Toys website under 'Mission to Win' page, and within the 'Future News' email. You should have been contacted to redeem your prize. If this has not occurred please email us via our Contact Us page with your details or call us on 1800 244 543

Why are things displaying oddly on my computer?

Mission Future Toys has been built for Internet Explorer 7 & 8, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox. If you are having trouble viewing the site, you may be looking at it in an unsupported browser or in an older unsupported version of Internet Explorer (ie: IE 6 or older).

Future News is our Agent newsletter, full of Future Toy News, Competitions, Retail promotions, polls and lots more cool stuff.

Can anyone else view my child's photo and profile page?

No, only your child can view their own profile page.

I am having trouble signing up to be an agent. What do I do?

What is the difference between Just Landed, Still Cool and Future Toys?
  • Future Toys is all about the boys and girls toys that have not yet hit the stores. Giving Agents the chance to find out about the coolest new toys before their friends
  • Just Landed toys are those toys that have just arrived in stores.
  • Still Cool toys is all about the toys that have been around for a while, but continue to rank highly on all kids' wishlists.

What is an Mission Future Toys Agent?

A special agent is a unique member of the Mission Future Toys Task Force. Each agent has their own profile that they can update at any time.

They will have access to competitions, polls, blogs and receive special Future News emails, including special product announcements before products hit the stores.

Why should I sign up to be a special Agent?

Being an Agent is a very exclusive job. You get access to exclusive competitions, news about cool toys you are interested in, your own Agent Profile, the opportunity to vote, have your say and receive hot off the press information on new toys.
